Cancellation Policy:

  • 21 Days For Cottages
  • 10 Days For Motel Units
  • If Cancellation Occurs Outside Of These Time Frames, Deposits Will Be Refunded less a $20 bookeeping fee and Only If Unit Is Re-Rented
