Great Value!

I was skeptical after reading the reviews but now that I’ve stayed I’m a little embarrassed of the trip advisor community. I thought that it was worth every penny! If you moved this motel down to the nearby tourist town and tripled the price I bet there wouldn’t be any complaints. Anyway, we stayed in cottage 11 and it was very clean and comfortable. It had a neat enclosed porch and a kitchenette. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. A little dated I suppose but so what. We enjoyed sitting by the little falls and having a drink before bed. There was a trailer parked on the property that probably could use some work but I imagine that there is a lot to owning a motel. The owner was very friendly and more than helpful. They explained in detail their cancelation policy and we had no problem with that whatsoever. We enjoyed the entire experience and highly recommend this place for a inexpensive stay.
